Lövstaviken Wind Farm for Sale – Renewable Sweden Leading the Process

Falkenberg Municipality is selling five of the turbines in Lövstaviken Wind Farm. Renewable Sweden, headquartered in Falkenberg, has been entrusted with managing the sales process – offering investors the opportunity to acquire a well-established renewable energy asset with development potential.

Falkenberg Municipality has decided to sell five of the six wind turbines in Lövstaviken Wind Farm. Renewable Sweden has been appointed to lead the sales process.

Lövstaviken is a long-established wind power site located in price area SE4, situated on a peninsula adjacent to Falkenberg’s port. The park has been operational since 2007 and consists of five turbines now being offered through a structured tender process.

As a company based in Falkenberg, Renewable Sweden values the opportunity to contribute to the next chapter of a local energy asset. The site has hosted wind power since the 1990s and offers solid conditions for continued production and future optimization.

We now welcome interest from investors and stakeholders in the renewable energy sector:

• Deadline for expressions of interest: 15 August 2025

• Deadline for non-binding offers (NBO): 15 September 2025
