As a permit specialist, you will be a key person in project development. You lead all parts of the permit process together with a team of different internal competencies — from pre-study to construction preparation — and work closely with our customers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and with high quality based on the governing permit process. Your duties
• Lead and coordinate permit and environmental activities in long-term projects in wind, solar or energy parks.
• Have ongoing dialogue with customers and provide qualified advice and risk assessment from the perspective of environmental law.
• Conducting project meetings and consultations with authorities, the public and other parties.
• Establish consultation documents, EIA, permit documents and control programs.
• Participate in the procurement of surveys and implement the results of these in projects.
• Develop state strategies.
• Manage environmental legal issues together with an environmental lawyer.
• Work with GIS and analyze project prerequisites.
• Commissioned permit projects and carry out financial project follow-ups.
•Act as a mentor and supervisor to junior employees.
We are looking for you as
• Have at least 8 years of experience in environmental and licensing issues for wind power or similar activities.
• Master in environmental law, environmental impact analysis, risk management and project economics.
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Is engaged, structured and communicative and has good cooperation skills.
• Enjoys taking responsibility, running projects and creating good relationships.
• Sees it as a challenge to work in complex assignments and contribute to security and expertise in the consulting role.
• Has experience working as a consultant.
